Bath Asparagus (Ornithogalum pyrenaicum ) is a pretty but rare relation of Star of Bethlehem, flowering in June. No prizes for guessing where it was once found in abundance, or that it is edible; it was eaten as a delicacy by generations past. Like all our native bulbs, our Bath Asparagus comes from an isolated small holding in deepest Wales, where they are lifted to order.

We sell Bath Asparagus in bags of 5 bulbs. They are delivered between August and October.
